I can't really put a finger on how to describe k-os. The closest I've seen described him as a "male version of Lauryn Hill." While that's close, it doesn't really do the man justice. He's dropped 3 albums that are nothing sort of classic in my opinion -- this one along with Joyful Rebellion and Atlantis: Hymns for Disco. He has a new album dropping soon (the tentatively titled "Yes"), so I figured I'd put this one up on the blog -- besides, it makes my 7 year cutoff requirement. lol Anyway, the album is free of flaws or wack tracks and should please the ears of anyone that chooses to take a chance on it. Be warned, it's not 100% pure hip hop. There's some reggae, rock, and pop influences in there. Also, be sure to peep the Heaven Only Knows remix that is hidden at the end of the album as well -- I listed it, but it isn't listed in the credits. It's the same version that was used for the video. Enjoy...
